Castle Fraser Trip and Pictures of Our Learning

I thought you might like to see some pictures from our trip to Castle Fraser in Inverurie.  The boys and girls had a fantastic day.  We had a tour of the inside of the castle and we enjoyed exploring the grounds too!

 

 

We had a really fantastic day at Castle Fraser!  Thank you very much for the parent support on the day!

We have been really enjoying our new topic “Creepy Crawlies”.  With the lovely, sunny weather last week we were able to get outside and explore.  We even managed to do a mini-beast hunt in the school garden.

 

We have also started to plant some flowers and vegetables.  They are growing in the classroom just now.

 

We took advantage of the sunshine to do some of our classwork outside!

 

 

We have also been keeping a close eye on our 10 little caterpillars, who aren’t so little anymore! We are taking the time to take a close look at them and record our observations in our Caterpillar Diaries.
