Our School Improvement Plan is written in two parts. In part one, we describe our school community and self-evaluate our progress towards the targets that we set our school community for 2018-19.
In part 2, we outline our priority areas for improvement. We take the four main priorities from the National Improvement Framework and explain how we plan to
- Improve attainment, especially in literacy and numeracy
- Close the attainment gap between the most and least disadvantaged children and young people
- Improve children and young people’s health and wellbeing
- Improve employability skills by developing the skills of communication, determination, resilience and team working among our children and young people
