In this post we will share our planned learning throughout Term 4.<br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Literacy<\/strong><\/span><br><br>Reading <br><br>&#8211; We will continue to follow the accelerated reader scheme to test our comprehension skills whilst reading for enjoyment<br>&#8211; We will be taking part in reflective reading activities each week, focusing on a new strategy to develop our comprehension skills using both long and short form texts<br>&#8211; We will follow the boost learning reading scheme for e-books for our homework<br><br>Writing<br><br>We will be writing a range of genres from non chronological reports to imaginative writing during term 4. Our pieces of writing will link to both contexts for learning this term &#8211; &#8216;Silver City by the Sea&#8217; and &#8216;We are the Champions&#8217;.<br><br><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Maths and Numeracy<br><\/span><\/strong><br>We will cover coordinates and money this term. We look forward to learning using our maths mastery approach which encourage us to learn both with classmates and independently using lots of different materials. <br><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br>Health and Wellbeing <\/span><\/strong><br><br>Mrs Kelman will continue to cover indicators within the SHANARRI wheel which underpin Health and Wellbeing lesson in P5.
