Term 4 update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This term we have been working on \u2018 The Silver City by the Sea\u2019 IDL in April and May. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We engaged in leaning about sea pollution, fishing and the sea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We created posters and speeches to encourage society to look after the environment, our sea and the beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We were learning about our city and the fishing industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We researched marine animals and wrote fact files about them. We started by learning how to collect information. Everyone has prepared their own surveys and collected data in class. We used data collected and displayed it using various graphs and charts. As a class we looked at tally charts, Venn diagrams, tables, bar charts and pictograms. We also used technologies to create bar charts. Some of our P4 learners prepared and celebrated their First Holy Communion.
