Parents are welcome to collect\u00a0forms\u00a0from the\u00a0office.\u00a0Please\u00a0bring your child&#8217;s birth certificate, baptism certificate and proof of address.<\/p>\n<p>We have student teachers in three classes \u2013 Miss\u00a0Ross in P5, Mr Melville in P6 and\u00a0Miss Perviz in P7. They are taking increasing responsibility for the children&#8217;s learning during this block which lasts until Friday 29th January.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Mon<\/u><\/strong> <strong><u>11<sup>th<\/sup> January<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Childsmile team are in school to look after the children&#8217;s teeth, applying<a href=\"http:\/\/www.child-smile.org.uk\/professionals\/about-childsmile\/childsmile-and-fluoride-varnish.aspx\">\u00a0fluoride varnish\u00a0t<\/a>o\u00a0P1 \u2013 P4 pupils in their own classrooms if parents have given permission.<\/li>\n<li>PE lessons\u00a0with Mrs Armstrong &#8211; P1 blue, P1 red, P2 blue, P2 red, P4 and P4\/5.<\/li>\n<li>3.15 &#8211; 4.15pm Active Schools run Basketball Club for the children in P5 &#8211; P7 who have registered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tues 12th January<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Childsmile team are in school again to look after the children&#8217;s teeth, applying<a href=\"http:\/\/www.child-smile.org.uk\/professionals\/about-childsmile\/childsmile-and-fluoride-varnish.aspx\">\u00a0fluoride varnish\u00a0t<\/a>o\u00a0P1 \u2013 P4 pupils in their own classrooms if parents have given permission.<\/li>\n<li>P3 blue start swimming lessons. They are walking to and from Aberdeen Aquatics Centre so please make sure they have warm coats and sensible shoes. It is helpful if the girls wear socks rather than tights please. Each child needs a swimming costume or trunks and a towel.<\/li>\n<li>Calligraphy lessons resume for P3 &#8211; P7.<\/li>\n<li>3.15 &#8211; 4.15pm Active Schools run the Multi-Activity\u00a0Club for the children in P1 &#8211; P3 who have registered.<\/li>\n<li>3.15 &#8211; 4.15pm \u00a0Mrs Jadid runs the Science Club for\u00a0the children in P5 &#8211; P7 who have registered.<\/li>\n<li>7pm \u00a0 Meeting for P7 parents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 13th January<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mrs Duncan teaches P2 red today and every Wednesday.<\/li>\n<li>The Childsmile team should complete the fluoride varnish applications today.<\/li>\n<li>PE lessons with Mrs Armstrong for all P3 pupils, P5, P6 and P7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Thursday 14th January<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mrs Bain teaches P6 and Miss McLoughlin teaches P3 red today and every Thursday.<\/li>\n<li>German lessons for P6 and P7.<\/li>\n<li>Drama lessons with Mr Horabin for all P1, all P2, P4\/5, P4 and P5.<\/li>\n<li>3.30 &#8211; 4.30pm Active Schools run the Dance\u00a0Club for the children in P1 &#8211; P3 who have registered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Friday 15th January<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mrs Duncan teaches P2 red today and every Wednesday.<\/li>\n<li>Prefects&#8217; meeting today at 11.45am.<\/li>\n<li>There will be an assembly for P1 &#8211; P7 where Paul Coxall from Fernielea Gospel Hall will present prizes to some of our P6 and P7 pupils who attended the Ultimate Adventure Exhibition.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8216;Evening Express&#8217; photographer will take a &#8216;Last Class&#8217; photo of our P7 pupils.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enrolment\u00a0of new P1 pupils who wish to start in August 2016.
