{"id":466,"date":"2014-06-25T12:47:19","date_gmt":"2014-06-25T11:47:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/?p=466"},"modified":"2014-06-29T23:53:51","modified_gmt":"2014-06-29T22:53:51","slug":"primary-7-mandarin-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/?p=466","title":{"rendered":"Primary 7 Mandarin Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Primary 7 have been learning Mandarin this year with the help of our visiting specialist teacher, \u00a0Ellen Liu from Tianjin.\u00a0 The SCEN in Aberdeen University held a conference showcasing China, and Mandarin being taught in Scottish primary and secondary schools.\u00a0 Aberdeen had\u00a0 decided on a version of &#8220;Aberdeen has Talent&#8221; to showcase the variety of different ways Mandarin has been taught through the schools.<\/p>\n<p>The whole class were very excited to participate on the day!
