The sessions are completely free and open to everyone. Please open the attached flyer\u00a0for details of dates, times and places.\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Summer-Hols-2016-Advert-locations.pdf\">Summer Hols 2016 Advert &#8211; locations<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aberdeen Play Forum provides loose parts play in parks throughout Aberdeen City. Loose Parts are materials which children can move, adapt, control, change and manipulate in their play. Loose parts play offers children high levels of creativity and choice. The materials can be whatever the child wants them to be. The possibilities are endless! There are no set instructions with loose parts \u2013 children have to use their imagination, take control and lead their own play.<\/p>\n<p>With a little imagination, they can be transformed into almost anything\u2026 Tarpaulins turn into dens, crates and tyres could be a car or a bus, pipes for water play and lots more!\u00a0 The sessions are not structured, and staff allow children to take lead.\u00a0 Staff will follow children\u2019s play cues, and join in with play where necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This year Aberdeen Play Forum is running a Summer Programme from the 4th\u00a0July to the 12th\u00a0August.
