Here are photos of just some of the learning that has been going on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ICT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We had some special visitors in \u201cThe Robogals\u201d. These university students taught us the history of computer programming and how we can design our own computer games through different codes. Some of the boys and girls in Primary 5 took part in a short sketch at assembly to show us the importance of using water wisely.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3207.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9631 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3207-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3207-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3207.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Health and well being <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We were very lucky to be invited to the ASV to have the opportunity to try out some table tennis. We had a great time and some of us have planned to attend the classes in the ASV.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3218.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9632 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3218-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3218-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3218.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Science <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are lots of keen scientists in the Primary 5 classroom, exploring a wide range of topics &#8211; investigating the water cycle, creating our own lava lamps and making our own electricity.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3224.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9633 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3224-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3224-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/st-peters.aberdeen.sch.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_3224.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Drama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Primary 5 boys and girls love to sing! We are working very hard to learn the lyrics of some beautiful songs preparing for two big events. On December 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, we are singing carols at the Crib blessing in St Nicolas Kirk. We are also acting as part of the choir for the P7 panto \u201cPirates of the Curry Bean\u201d.
