Flu Immunisation Programme

NHS Grampian have extended the deadline for return of flu consent forms.

If you have not already done so, please return your form to school by Wednesday 7th October 2015.

If you require another form, please contact 01224 553982 between 09.00 – 12.00.

This will be the final opportunity for your child to be included in the School Flu Programme.
