Hello all,

Thank you to everybody for such enthusiasm at our fun run. The children thoroughly enjoyed having supporters there to cheer them on!

Literacy
For show n’ tell this week please bring in something with the “oa” sound. e.g. boat, goat.

Health Week
We had a fantastic week last week whereby we rotated around all the classes and sampled different activities associated with healthy living. After evaluation it seems as though we might have a few budding golfers in Primary 1!
Thank you for your co-operation with gym kits etc.

Numeracy
We have moved on to symmetry and will be continuing to consolidate our mental maths activities daily.

New Primary 1 pupils
We have been having a very exciting week as we have had visits from our new Primary 1 pupils for next term. The boys and girls have done a wonderful job welcoming them and playing the important role of being their buddies. They will remain their buddies next year to help them with the settling in process.
