P4 learning in January.

In January we were working on a topic about ‘Our Cultural Scotland’. We engaged in many activities which broadened our knowledge and experience of the Scottish culture.

We had an opportunity to take part in competitions related to Scotland, such as reciting a Scottish poem, singing Scottish songs or preparing art.

We also enjoyed sharing our learning and finding out about other classes learning during school assemblies.

We incorporated learning about Scottish culture into our literacy lessons and we wrote different kinds of poetry about Scotland.

We are awaiting results of all the competitions with great anticipation.
