P6 2022-2023

P6 End of Year

This post has been put together by Carla, Iliana, Nmesoma and Michelle.

This term has been very busy. I enjoyed sports day. It taught me how to run faster and have more confidence.

In the Gospel hall I learned things about Jesus and the life of his people. For example I learned that a man who followed Jesus drowned because he let someone go on the boat instead of him and gave his life jacket to a person who had not given his heart to the Lord.

This term we went to St. Machar Cathedral to do gardening and to find different plants. We helped them plant some plants for pollinators.

In IDL we went outside to get inspiration to write a story. One reason I really enjoyed it was because I got to write a story that could be about any adventure.

In Health and Wellbeing, we did a poster about sleep and why it’s important to our health. For example we learnt that we need 10-12 hrs of sleep!

We loved having our families in for our class picnic!

Thank you
We give a big thanks to the gardening club for planting the flowers that we need to help the school grow. A big thank you to Mr Sturrock and Mrs Bain for assisting us when we needed them . A thank you to Callum for teaching us football and for the fun activities we wish you best luck for next year! A big thank you to Mrs Smith for teaching us science, french and lots of fun things with us! There are so many to list here so thank you to all!
