25th – 29th April What’s happening in school?

Monday 25th April

  • PE for all P1, all P2, P4/5 and P5
  • Parents’ Night in the hall 3.30pm – 6pm. All parents should have received copies of their children’s reports and invitations to meet their child’s teacher today or tomorrow.
  • Book Fair in the hall during Parents’ Night.

Tuesday 26th April

  • Mr McFadden is on a course today and Mrs Bain and Mrs Croxon will teach P7.
  • Miss MacDonald is on a course today and Mrs Kelman will teach P5.
  • Calligraphy lessons resume for all children in P3 – P7.
  • Swimming for all P1 and P2. Thanks to our parent helpers. Bus for swimming pool leaves school at:
  • 9.15am for P1 red
  • 9.45am for P1 blue
  • 10.15am for P2 blue
  • 10.45am for P2 red

Wednesday 27th April

  • PE for all P3, P4, P6 and P7
  • P5 trip to the Gordon Highlanders Museum
  • P7 start the Junior Enterprise Game with Mr Cassells
  • S3 pupils from St Machar Academy visit P7 to talk about ‘Going for Gold’

Thursday 28th April

  • P5 and P6 trip to the Forth Road Bridge project. We leave school at 7.30am and return at 6pm.
  • Miss MacDonald, Mrs Kelman and Miss Blair are at the Co-operative Learning Academy today and tomorrow. P5 cover – Mrs Martin. P3 red cover – Miss Healy. P2 red cover – Miss Munro. (Miss McCann is teaching P1 blue).
  • Some P7 pupils take the UKMT Maths Challenge today.

Friday 29th April

  • Miss MacDonald, Mrs Kelman and Miss Blair are at the Co-operative Learning Academy today and tomorrow. P5 cover – Mrs Bain and Miss Webb. P3 red cover – Miss Healy. P2 red cover – Miss Munro. (Miss McCann is teaching P1 blue).
  • Mrs Duncan teaches P4 today.

Well done for running your daily mile! On Wednesdays, P7 inspire and update us on how many miles we have run if we combine the totals of everyone in the school. We are trying to run the equivalent of the distance to Rio de Janeiro!
