Week beginning 19th September

Monday 19th September

• PE with Mrs Armstrong – P3 red, P3 blue, P4, P4/5, P5/6
• PGDE student, Miss Alford, continues working with P7 and Mr McFadden
• Mr Thomson, singing teacher, works with P4, P4/5, P5/6 and P6 this afternoon. Each class has a 30 minute lesson.

Tuesday 20th September

• Andy McKechnie is here all day to lead assemblies about the paralympics and to run workshops about ‘Developing the Young Workforce’ for some of our classes.
• Football for all P1 and P2 red. We are grateful to the Russell Anderson coaches for coming into school to train our teachers and to run a lunchtime session in the playground for the pupils too!
• P5 – P7 pupils go swimming. Many thanks to our parent helpers.

Wednesday 21st September

• All P1, P2, P6 and P7 need their PE kits for lessons with Mrs Armstrong.
• P6 learn German with Mrs Bain and a student teacher from Germany, Miss Scholz, joins them.
•  All P5 go to ASV for their table tennis lesson.They leave here at 10am and parent helpers are very welcome.
• P4 swimming lessons

Thursday 22nd September

• Student teachers from Aberdeen University start working alongside Miss McLoughlin in P4 today and will be here on most Thursdays.

Friday 23rd September and Monday 26th September

• HOLIDAY – Have a lovely time!
