P2 Blue March news

Hello Parents,

We have been having a lovely time in P2 Blue.

We really enjoyed our Chinese New Year themed dancing.

In maths, we have been focusing on shape and, during our PE lessons with Mrs Armstrong, we have been focusing on making different shapes with our body and balancing. We have also been performing different gymnastics moves. Check out our star jumps and baby Polar Bear shapes.

We had a lovely trip to the library, supporting our First Minister’s Reading Challenge. Thanks very much to those who have been sharing their reading with the class.

In the coming weeks, we will be focusing on energy in science. We will also be looking at building materials and what is used to build our schools and other buildings in the society. The boys and girls were active in steering our project this term as they were very interested in the different building materials that can be seen in the community.
