Loose Play

We have loved playing with the loose parts in the playground. P5/6 did a great job of teaching us how to play safely with the equipment and make lots of new games.

In maths, we have been learning about measurement. We have spent time outside measuring the playground using trundle wheels. We calculated the perimeter and the area of parts of the playground. We are designing a scaled plan for the environmental garden which will show the space available for planting vegetables and flowers.
