Happy Summer Holidays

Wishing all our pupils, staff and parents a wonderful summer holiday. It has been a very busy year and I would like to thank everyone for the very special part they have played to help our children in so many ways to enjoy their learning and to build friendships and confidence. Stay safe and enjoy all the opportunities and experiences that the next few weeks bring.

We look forward to welcoming pupils back to school on Tuesday 21st August. If you need to contact the school during the holiday, please use our e-mail : stpeters@aberdeencity.gov.uk

Join in the fun at one of these special events for children taking part in the Challenge. Events last for around 1 hour. Booking required. The Challenge is suitable for children aged 4-12. Children under 4 can take part in a mini Challenge and collect a special Bookbug medal and certificate.

Does Aberdeen embrace multiculturalism?

An Ethnic Minority Forum (EMF) Special Event Tuesday 24 July at the Town House, 5:30pm

Aberdeen is one of the most, if not the most culturally diverse city in Scotland. What is your experience of multiculturalism within our city? In a world of negative media and stories is there any light and positivity to be found? Working in partnership with the EMF, Aberdeen City Libraries are seeking to gather the views and experiences on these big questions. The results of these discussions will be showcased at a special author event with Suria Tei taking place at Aberdeen Central Library on the 20 August 2018.All are welcome, but places are limited. If you would like to attend please email Elizabeth.howarth4@nhs.net to book your place.
