P3 Class News

Autumn has finally arrived in the P3 classroom! Boys and girls in P3 made beautiful collages of the autumn trees using different kinds of paper. Here are the photos of us making the collages.

P3 have worked very hard on their  mental maths for the last couple of weeks. We have learned 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x and 10x tables and now we are linking the multiplication facts with division. We have already practised halving and now we  have moved onto division by 5 and 10.

In literacy we have really enjoyed developing our spelling and typing skills using computers and the Microsoft Word programme. We have used computers to spell the common words like: windy, time, might, how etc. Our typing skills are getting better every day and we can already change font, underline text and copy and paste images!
