Vegetable garden-an update
Looking after our vegetable garden is not very easy. We learn everyday what our plants need, check the soil if it’s moist enough and continue measuring our plants. This is what our plants look like now. Aren’t they very impressive?
We were talking in class about pollinators. Who are the pollinators? Birds, bats, butterflies, moths, flies, beetles, wasps, small mammals, and most importantly, bees are pollinators. They visit flowers to drink nectar or feed off of pollen and transport pollen grains as they move from spot to spot. We wrote all the fun facts about bees and made a display in class.
We also went to our school garden to see if we could spot any bees.
