Primary 7
End of Term 4
We cannot believe how quickly the year has passed and now it is time to say goodbye to our Primary 7 class. We are sad to say goodbye but also extremely proud of our young people. We know they will continue to work hard, try their very best and excel in their new schools. We wish them all the best for the future.
Highlights of Term 4
Residential Trip:
We had a fantastic time on our residential trip to Tomintoul. We visited: Pluscarden Abbey, Scalan; Landmark Forest Adventure Park and Jump-In Trampoline Park.
Summer Concert:
We enjoyed learning our songs from the musical ‘Annie.’ We performed ‘Little Girls’ and ‘Tomorrow.’ We made our own props and choreography too!
Sports Day:
We are very lucky to be able to use Aberdeen’s Sports Village to hold our annual sports day. We all participated well and had fun whilst doing it!
Confirmation:
We celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation at St. Peter’s R.C. Church in June. This was a very special occassion and we were joined by the teaching staff, our parents, Father Gabor and Bishop Hugh.
Roots of Empathy:
We have loved having Baby Zumar and his mum, Anika, join us this year. Baby Zumar has taught us about empathy, understanding, temperament, developmental milestones and most importantly love. He has been a fantastic ‘Tiny Teacher’ and we would like to thank him and Anika for supporting us this year.
Weekly Learning:
Literacy, numeracy and IDL opportunities continued, along with all other areas of the curriculum. We have attached some photos of our Weekly Learning Slides to showcase this.
