Happy Easter from P1B
Primary One have really enjoyed their project about farms.
Last week Miss Diplexcito taught the children all about the job that scarecrows do on farms. The children were so excited to find out that, along with writing about scarecrows, they would be building their own real scarecrow!
When the children came into school on Friday, they noticed that he had disappeared! After a game of “Hunt the scarecrow” he was found keeping the garden safe!
This week we are learning about the importance of Holy Week. Today the children learned all about Palm Sunday. The children enjoyed making palm leaves. They then waved them and sang songs as they imagined Jesus riding into Jerusalem.
Have a lovely Easter holiday.
Miss MacDonald.
