End of term 3 in P2

Primary two have enjoyed learning throughout both our IDL contexts this term; Let’s celebrate, and How’s the weather.

In Writing P2 have focused on; personal writing about celebrations, imaginative writing – creating stories with Scottish characters, functional writing – writing scientific reports and poetry – writing acrostic poems about the weather.

In Numeracy P2 finished off a block on the time, learned to interpret data, learned new techniques to subtract numbers and learned to add coins and give change.

In P.E. the children learned 2 ceilidh dances, enjoyed a gymnastics block and developed small ball skills through a tennis block.
